Hello! Thank you for your interest in my photography. I appreciate you taking the time to view my work and sincerely hope you like what you see. Whether it'd be weddings, engagements and events, pregnancy and newborns, or your forever remembered senior pictures, I am truly passionate about my photography and my goal will always be to do my absolute best to capture that moment in time you and I wish to always remember. With 8 years of experience within photography and photo retouching I will always enjoy learning new things. I find that I tend to be drawn to vibrant colors and I like to bring out the colors of life around us. But, I also take a liking to black and white photography. I enjoy almost all types of photography but I will not consider shooting nude photos. The world of photography has always and will always fascinate me. I look forward to seeing where in the world my love of photography brings me the next 10, 20, and 30 years.

This is a release you will be asked to sign and return at the time your deposit is made when booking your wedding. Printable copy will be emailed to you upon your request.

STACY ROLOFF PHOTOGRAPHY PHOTO RELEASE AND AGREEMENT

Wedding Photography

This agreement is by and between HZ Mgmt Photographer, Stacy Roloff of Minnesota and Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as Photographer, and (Bride & Groom names) _____________________________________________ , hereinafter referred as Client, beginning this date: ____________________.

In consideration of the foregoing terms and conditions, the parties mutually agree as follows:

If obtaining images by Photographer, Client agrees that, he/she will not sell or sign away publication rights of any and all of the Photos without Photographers' prior written consent. Whether images are digital or print, Client also agrees to not alter, retouch, crop, or change any image taken by Photographer in any way without Photographers permission. Client agrees to either use the images as is, ask Photographer to change or alter it for Client, or just not use the image if he/she is not satisfied with it. Client will contact Photographer, Stacy Roloff, to express any desired changes to a photo and Photographer will do what they feel is necessary and correct.

Client authorizes Stacy Roloff to use the photos for purposes related to the promotion of her photography business , including, but not limited to, advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions, contests, and business and promotional websites, and other business related uses.

Client hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless Photographer and those acting under jer permission, from any liability by virtue of blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of the pictures, or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product, unless it can be clearly be shown that the foregoing was maliciously caused, and produced solely for the purpose of subjecting client to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn, and indignity.

Client hereby affirms that all poses, positions and situations enacted in the Photos covered in this release were entered into without force, coercion, or threat whatsoever, and were posed freely by Client with Clients full consent. Client further agrees to hold blameless and free of all accusation of such force or coercion Photographer, the legal representatives, assigns, and those acting under his/her permission.

Client hereby affirms that his/her date of birth is ___________________________ and that the Client is fully able to contract in his/her own name and without breach of any prior contract, agreement or applicable law, including but not limited to prior agreements or contracts

PRINT RELEASE

I, Stacy Roloff, grant unlimited printing rights to _________________ for photos taken on ________________. This release is fully transferable by the above named for printing only, and a copy of this document should be considered adequate proof of release by the printer. This release does not include rights of sale, nor is permission granted for contest entry without written permission from Stacy Roloff. Reproduction rights of described photography transferred only if signed addendum to this form has been provided by the above named customer. Copyright is retained by Stacy Roloff for the above described photos. NOTE TO PRINTER: If further information or a verbal confirmation is needed per your company policy, please do not hesitate to call the below number for Stacy Roloff. THANK YOU!

Your shoot will vary from the others so your full preparation may differ slightly in order for you to be ready for your photo shoot, but I have included some basic tips to help you to be prepared for your shoot day. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Shoot Preparation Tips;

~ Collect and bring a variety of outfits, accessories, and footwear to choose from.

~Bring any mascara or cover up you may want to use for touchups. Liquid cover up is usually preferred but not a requirement by any means. Bring your favorite colors for possible make up changes.

~If having more than one outfit change please do not wear bright or dark colored nail polish.

~ If a tan is desired please try to plan ahead of time and avoid tanning 24 hours prior to you shoot.

~ If planning to do swimwear or lingerie photos, avoid wearing tight clothes to your shoot to prevent lines.

Three basic Steps to becoming professional a model;

Your 1st step: Professionally market yourself! Best way to market youself is by using Composite cards (aka Compcards)

Your composite card will be your first and last impression left on a potential client so make it count!

Your 2nd Step: Create your resume and composite cards and submit them to agencies of your choice.

Your 3rd Step: Attend casting calls and auditions.This is like interviewing for a job. Look your best!

WHAT IS YOUR RATE?

Please see my "Prices" page for current rates and discounts. All packages are customizable so please contact me with any special requests.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

I shoot a blended style of Modern, Photojournalistic & Candid & Posed

HOW DO I OBTAIN PRINTS FOR MY PHOTOS?

You will receive a disc of the best images per setting. On the disc you will receive a copy of the release to print out, fill out, and then sign. This signed release will be what you will be expected to show to the printer in order to print your photos anywhere you wish. If you need help with printing please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to help you.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR PHOTOS?

For Portraits, normal turn around time is one to two weeks from the date of your shoot. For Weddings, normal turn around time is 2-3 wks. If an album is ordered it will be 1-2 additional weeks for processing, printing, and shipping of the book

WILL THE PHOTOS BE SHOT IN DIGITAL OR FILM?

I shoot digitally now and have done so the past 8 years. I wouldn't want it any other way. I shot film for a little while before digital came in and I dont miss film photography one bit.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For Portrait appointments I would appreciate 24-48 hour notice. For weddings and events, because I do not double-book dates, once I am committed to your date, I will reject all future work for that date. Therefore, the retainer fee (deposit) is considered non-refundable. For wedding cancellations, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated to allow time for me to refill your date, if possible.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION OR WEDDING DAY WITH YOU?

All you have to do is call or email me and we will discuss your wishes and book your date you desire. All that is reqiuired to book your weddng is deposit of $250 and a signed copy of the Photo Print Release. Feel free to request the release to have it emailed to you.

WHEN ARE YOU MOST AVAILABLE FOR PICTURES?

I am available nights and weekends. Though most prefer nights and weekends, if you have a day you hope for during the weekdays please let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you and your schedule.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash and checks and PayPal are accepted at this time and are requested the day of your shoot. Visa and MasterCard's will be accepted using PayPal. Please see the orange "PayPal" link on bottom the "Prices" page.

HOW MANY OUTFIT CHANGES ARE ALLOWED?

Average completed outfit changes is two per hour. This will depend on the amount of time spent on each outfit and whether there is any make up, hair or setting changes.

WHAT IS A MODEL OR PHOTO PRINT RELEASE?

A release shows that you or the photographer had been given permission to do anything stated in the document. It is a standard release signed at most professional photo shoot. All subjects and/or their parents (if under age 18) will be required to sign a release prior or following their shoot. One copy will be the photographers and the second copy will be given to the subject or parent. For the subject, the release will be what is required to be given at the time prints are obtained from an outside printer.

IF I ORDER A PROFESSIONAL WEDDING PHOTO ALBUM, HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?

Wedding albums are great to have made but it would require more time from photographers so I ask that you expect four weeks before receiving your photo album. The album takes longer so you will receive your disc of images sooner than this.

WILL YOU BE COVERING OUR ENTIRE WEDDING DAY?

I would love to but this will depend on the package you choose. My wedding coverage is typically from 7 to 12 hours per day. When selecting your package, be sure to talk with me to ensure that you get the photographic coverage you need to capture all of the moments you’ll want to remember forever!

WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR MY WEDDING OR EVENT?

I would love to travel where your big day will be located. This, unfortunately, would have to be at the expense of the client though. Many flights are right around $300 or less. You are welcome to book the flight for me or reimburse me for the expense at the time your deposit is made.

If traveling more than two hours by car is required, I would ask for reimbursement for gas and help with lodging, if it is needed.
